The Renewal of the Social Organism

Aufsätze über die Dreigliederung des sozialen Organismus und zur Zeitlage 1915 – 1921

Most of the articles presented in this volume were written during 1919 and 1920.

Contents

The core of this volume consists of journal articles from the years 1919 - 1921, which Rudolf Steiner himself had published as a book under the title "In Execution of the Threefolding of the Social Organism". They shed light on socialist theories, Marxism, world-historical events and conceptualisations of these years, which became so decisive for further development. Other contributions deal with the application of the threefold idea in practical life. In addition, essays from the time of the World War are included, as well as articles from daily newspapers, appeals, memoranda, etc., in which the "threefolding movement" is reflected.
